Soul-pop from Sweden and Philadelphia.

Cecilia Ferneborg was born and raised in Vansbro, Sweden, and now lives in Philadelphia where she composes and performs frequently with a voice of "lyrical velvet" (AXS).

While Cecilia's music is founded in the Western Dalarna forest of Sweden, it also looks ahead to create a soulful, modern and exciting environment incorporating Philadelphia's diverse music tradition.

Since her move to the United States, she has performed at festivals and nightclubs in Sweden and the US, including Center City Jazz Festival, Philadelphia Folk Festival, Paris Bistro Jazz Cafe, and World Cafe Live. Cecilia has honored her Swedish heritage playing at the Embassy of Sweden in Washington DC.
